The Quiet Hour

Twenty-two mornings on the same three hectares, always in position before four, always packed up by nine. The film is about what a place sounds like before anyone uses it.

We worked from a single hide and never moved it. The constraint was deliberate — one angle, one distance, and whatever chose to walk through it.

Most of the footage is unusable, and that was expected. The edit came down to nine mornings out of twenty-two.
